Is there a free trial?
Yes. Use the live interactive demo at our app, with 10 seeded cases, 28 evidence items, and over 100 custody log entries. No signup required.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data is exported in full (JSON plus PDF) and retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
Can multiple agencies share one account?
Yes. The Professional and Enterprise plans support multi-org isolation. Each agency sees only its own cases and evidence, and admins can be scoped per-agency.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
Not currently. TraceVault is cloud-hosted, and Enterprise customers receive dedicated infrastructure. On-premise is on the roadmap for 2027.
