What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days if TraceVault doesn't fit your workflow — no questions asked,
no justification required. After 14 days the pilot is non-refundable.
Who owns our data?
You do. Always. Your evidence data, case records, and reports are exportable at any time
in standard formats. We don't use customer data for any purpose other than running TraceVault
for your organization.
What happens after 60 days?
At day 50 we'll reach out with options: convert to annual at your locked pilot pricing
(the rate you paid, annualized — no escalation), or walk away with a full export of all
your data. There is no auto-renew. Your account doesn't bill again without explicit action.
How long until we're set up?
We'll respond within 4 business hours of your purchase with login credentials and an
onboarding call invite. Most labs are running real cases within 24 hours of purchase.
